Delivery Policies

A strike may be applied if a scheduled delivery is missed or if products cannot be received at the delivery location. After multiple strikes, delivery access may be temporarily suspended. This policy helps ensure timely and reliable service for all customers.

If you need to change your scheduled delivery, please contact our store as soon as possible. We recommend notifying us by the evening prior to your delivery date. Same-day changes may affect promotional pricing or delivery eligibility.

Delivery orders are best placed through our online menu, where you can select available delivery dates and time windows. If you experience any issues or have questions, our team is happy to assist by phone.

Once submitted, your order is prepared and scheduled within a delivery route. Please be available during your assigned delivery window and answer calls from our delivery team when they are en route.

All delivery orders are reviewed prior to dispatch to confirm available purchase limits. If adjustments are needed, our team will attempt to contact you. Orders may be canceled if confirmation cannot be completed in time.

Changes to delivery orders should be requested by phone prior to the cutoff time the day before delivery. Added items are subject to current pricing at the time of modification.

Delivery service is available in select counties, subject to scheduling availability and regulatory requirements. Delivery coverage may change based on state regulations.

Deliveries are permitted only to private residential addresses, in accordance with state law. Deliveries cannot be made to businesses, hotels, or public locations. The address does not need to be the purchaser’s primary residence.

Delivery orders receive applicable daily promotions available at the time the order is placed, along with any delivery-specific offers. In-store-only promotions do not apply to delivery orders.

Delivery returns are limited to defective items. Flower products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Same-day delivery may be available in select areas when orders are placed before the designated cutoff time. Availability varies by location and capacity.

Deliveries are scheduled within assigned time frames based on location and route availability. An eligible patient or caregiver must be present for the full delivery window. Please allow for minor delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders may be placed several days in advance, depending on delivery schedules and availability for each service area.

If delivery is unavailable for your address, scheduled routes may be fully booked. Please check back for future availability.

Existing delivery orders can be adjusted by contacting the store directly. This helps preserve your scheduled delivery window while accommodating updates.

Delivery orders may be picked up in store if needed. However, delivery-specific promotions may not apply unless the delivery window becomes unavailable due to operational issues.
