A strike may be issued if a delivery order is missed, not properly canceled, or not rescheduled with adequate notice. If a strike is applied, our team will contact the patient to explain the reason and confirm the total number of strikes on the account.

Accounts that accumulate multiple strikes may have their delivery privileges reviewed and could lose access to delivery services.

To ensure successful delivery, a member of our team will contact the patient the day before delivery to confirm availability. Orders must be confirmed in advance in order to remain scheduled for delivery.

Deliveries must be received in person by the registered patient or an approved caregiver. On the day of delivery, our drivers will attempt contact multiple times upon arrival. If contact cannot be established, the delivery may be canceled and a strike may be added to the account.

Please note that delivery calls may come from a number different from our retail store line. We recommend disabling call-blocking features on your delivery day.

We kindly request that any delivery cancellations or schedule changes be made by the evening prior to the scheduled delivery date. Same-day cancellations should be communicated as early as possible by contacting the store directly.

Late cancellations or missed deliveries may result in a strike being applied to the patient profile.

Coastal Cure Cannabis accepts returns within a reasonable timeframe for items that are damaged, incorrectly fulfilled, or shorted. All returned items must be unopened, untampered, and presented in their original packaging.

Approved returns may be eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund to the original form of payment, depending on the situation.

Certain branded or specialty items may be final sale and not eligible for return. Please ask a team member for details prior to purchase.
